LISP files

I have a LISP file on my desk top that I used in previous Autocad versions. Previously I would have to make a custom icon called appload and assign the macro to that icon to load applications and then I would pick th lisp file from a directory that it was storred in or could pick another custom icon that was named THD. The lisp file is called THD which will produce threads on either bolts or tapped holes.

I need to know how to get this lisp file in the program so that I can call it up into a drawing as all my drawings for the past at least 20 years have threads in them.

Thanks and I hope you can help IT would be nice if I could Talk with someone other than have to sit and try and explain my issue.

Thanks Mike

Welcome to the Forums

Unfortunately LT does not do lisps. That's the price you pay for getting a cut down version of full Autocad

Yes the posting cleared up why I am not able to make threads in a drawing most of the time they are internal taped threads
So I guess this will work in a pinch if I scale the drawing to what I need the pitch just will not be correct or the root diameter
Or thread diameter over pins.
