Is there a way to prompt dimensions for a dynamic block when created?

Hi, I'd like to make a dynamic block that prompts the user for dimensions instead of dragging or snapping to increments. So you can just enter the dimensions and hit enter, or select the dimensions on the block and enter them.

The dimensions for the block if created correctly will appear in the Properties (Ctrl+1) of the block.
