INTERNAL ERROR: !dbobji.cpp@8743: eNotOpenForWrite

Hi all, i am having this error when i open the file that have been saved by Briscad.Anyone know any solution for this?.This only happens in AutoCAD LT 2013, and suprisingly fine when open in LT 2012.I also tried this on other machine, it seems that only that 1 specific machine causing this error.
