Intel UHD graphics 630

I am shopping for a new home desktop computer. The computer that fits my budget and hopefully has the right hardware is a Dell Inspiron core i5, 12gb ram, 256gb ssd, and Intel UHD graphics 630. I'm only drawing in 2D on Autocad Lt 2021. I know the 12gb ram is good since the program runs fine with the 8mb ram on my existing computer. I'm concerned about the integrated graphics. A lot of the systems I see out there have this UHD graphics 630 in them. Does anybody have any experience (and/or) problems running Autocad Lt on Intel UHD graphics 630?

I'm running a UHD 620 in an HP 15U, and it's fine for light duty CAD work. There are no Intel graphics certified by Autodesk for AutoCAD 2020 or 2021, but that doesn't mean it won't work.

256GB SSD as your sole harddrive may be something to worry about if you plan on using this for file storage and more software than just AutoCADLT2021.

This should not be a problem. I don't store to much on my home computer. For the last few years I've only had about 80gb used on my hard drive.

Hi,

I am working almost on the same configuration machine. 500gb hard disk, 16gb ram, i5 processor with the integrated graphic Intel UHD620. I am running a full version of AutoCAD 2018 and mostly deal with 2d and rarely with 3D and I need say UHD 620 works well for 2D and I don't seem to have any problem with it. Only sometime when I work with 3d stuff I could see a bit of lag that's it.

With this being a UHD 630, would that be even better than the UHD 620?

Hi,

Basic Google search says that UHD630 is used on desktop while UHD620 is used on the notebooks.
