I have an image in model space that will not show up in the PDF from the Layout Tab/Viewport (using Print to PDF).
The image showed up fine when we had the paper size set to 11x17.
We needed to change the paper size to 24x36 and since we did that, the image does not show.
I have set the image resolution to as low as possible.
The Image Layer is turned ON in the main drawing (model space) and in the Viewport of the Layout tab.
The print or no print option in is turned ON in the main drawing, as well as the Layout Viewport.
The image shows in the 'Print preview' but does not show in the final PDF.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to make the image show up in my 24x36 PDF?
Thanks in Advance!

Hi,
Instead, we guessing what could have gone wrong with the drawing not plotting the image, it would be easier if you could attach the drawing so that we could tell you exactly where the problem lies.
I can not attach the CAD file (per confidentiality rules)
I can attach the PDF
As you can see, everything is there except the background image.
It shows up in all of my other files except this particular one.
I don't get it.
Can you at least post a screen shot showing the layout preview with the background image. We can't see what is missing if it's missing. And without a cad file we can't see any settings or properties
I just reduced the image graphics from high to low and it now shows in the pdf
Thanks anyway!
Glad to know your problem is solved🙂
