i disegni non escono in scala, nel mio caso sono più piccoli de 3%

Check the scale on your statusbar (bottom right) and set it to the desired scale (recommande 1 for 1 scale)

Then if drawing's size doesn't fit your wills in this scale, use SCALE commande to ''strech'' them at the desired size
Or redraw it all

@ing.alinari Since we all plot all day long to paper and PDF to well defined plot scales in our own files, are you positive your PLOT settings (and viewport if applicable) are actual preset to PLOT to scale?

Is your printer/plotter adding some sort of "fit to paper" factor you missed removing first?

You are welcome to share your DWG file here and we can show you what you might have missed since we all are end users just like you that PLOT all day long.
