How to make title block for my drawing

I have attached a sample of a P&ID. how do i make the circled region on autocad LT. I'm done with my drawing. All i need right now is the title block. Thank you for your guidance.

Hi,

 

This is fairly straight forward, you need to create a block. This is all a title block is.

I would start by drawing those items with basic AutoCAD geometry, draw the lines, rectangles etc. for all of the boxes require.

Then instead of text, create attributes to define the text that needs to change per sheet.

When all done use the BLOCK command to create a new block.

This can then be placed and re-used in all of your drawings.
