How to export room labels and sizes to Excel or CSV, one row per room?

Hi. I have no background whatsoever with the application and am searching for a way to speed up the task of updating room size information which will be used whenever leasing out space to tenants. Being able to extract this kind of information into an Excel or CSV would be great, as it would later on be imported into other programs. I do know we are using AutoCAD LT 2019, but we also have AutoCAD 2013. If a straightforward solution exists in other versions, it would be handy to know those to help inform our software update decisions.

It will depend on how the room information is presented in the drawing. Is it a block or just text. Full AutoCAD has dataextraction or the option to automate the task with Lisp (if you have someone who can program). Your choices are more limited in LT with attribute extraction for blocks or the list command for a more manual approach. But it all depends on your dwg's, if you can post an example file someone can give a more detailed approach.
