How can I remove the "help/suggestion" box when just hovering over commands

Okay, I am working with AutoCAD 2014 LT and I am trying to remove the help/suggestion box that pops up when you hover over a command for about 1-2 seconds. I appreciate it but don't need it so I would like to turn it off.

OPTIONS command
DISPLAY tab

uncheck everything labelled "show" under Window Elements.
