Home TAB is missing

The TAB's like home, insert, annototion ets are missing in my 2016 ACAD. I was having all of those tool bar but I RIght clicked to the right of it and selected close option, and the whole tool bar got closed.

Can someone tell me how I can bring it back.

Are you talking about the ribbon along the top?

Just type RIBBON at the command line
