Guidelines not appearing anymore

The green lines that appear when you are drawing, moving objects, etc no longer appear.  

Did I maybe press a hotkey that I am not aware of?

How do I get them back without un/re-installing the software?

I think I found it.  It is a check box called Object Snap TRacking.

You can also turn it on/off using the F11 key or there is one of the icons across the bottom of your window that toggles it on/off. You possibly pressed one of those!
