Fixed UCS in viewport that can't be changed (LT)

I've created a new drawing and copy clipped in some view ports, borders and notes from another drawing that was created in full CAD. All viewports are now set a UCS that I can't change using the normal commands world, object or view etc. 

Anyone got any ideas? I've not had this happen in my 25+ years AutoCAD. Could it be because I copy clipped it from full CAD into LT? Is there a way to remedy this or should I just start again with a new drawing?

Not sure what you mean: can you be more detailed on what is there and which commands inside each viewport (never outside) and/or in modelspace that you tried to use to change it all?

Share a portion of your DWG with the issue present would be best as well.
