When I create and saved a dwg file I want to send it through email to
another person that can be able to modify my file ?

Yes, if you send someone else a .DWG file, they will be able to open it and modify that copy of the file.

If you upload your file in OneDrive or Dropbox, you can easily share the link and work together.
