Fields and sheet set

Dear,  I have made a sheet set with 40 existing drawings.

At all these drawings I refer to the sheet set references through different fields.
When I want to publish these drawings in PDF, these fields are not displayed.
The only solutions I have is to open and save all these drawings once.
Then the fields will be visible on the drawings.
Is there a faster solution, which I highly prefer ?

Check your field update settings.  OPTIONS command then User Preferences tab click the Field Update Settings button and make sure you have the options checked, particularly the plot but I would check them all if they aren't already.  You can also change the variable FIELDEVAL to 31 to do this.

Unfortunately this is not the solution.

The settings were already there.

However, I tried again, but without good result.

Better solutions are welcome.

Thanks in advance

Are you publishing in background?

If yes, try a run with publish in foreground!

Yes, thank you
Like this with Publishing in foreground, the fields are activated.
Thank you again.
