Fatel Error:Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x2de1c000 Exception at c14e7158h

Dear Support,

            I am from Acron India, Goa.  We have Auto Desk 2014 licences (Total 7 licences). Now we are facing the issue “ FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation” with Auto Desk 2014 ( 2 users have the same issue), and they are not able to save the drawings after the error occurred. Please help up to solve the issues.

            We tried the following troubleshooting for resolving the issue.

1. Repaired the Auto Desk
2. Restored the Laptop to an earlier day

But we have the same issue.

Your version of AutoCAD/LT2014 is not supported in Win10 as explained here http://autode.sk/1IY4C2X
What that means is the following: if it used to work and now does not, or if you are trying to install it but you cannot get it to install, or any other related issue that involves your older AutoCAD/LT version and Windows10, Autodesk will in no way shape or form ever get involved in finding out why and will never plan on issuing any fixes.

As far as Autodesk is concerned, you will need to subscribe to a newer version of AutoCAD/LT.
