How to fix this issue?

What memory is installed in your machine?

If those do not help, then search for backup and autosave files to recover

If you did not ever get a chance to backup your files manually over the time you've been using it.

I had the same problem as Dean. It would lock up LT2016 every time I opened it and in Trueview it gave a fatal exception error and crash
