Fatal error when using the Layer Properties Manager

All of a sudden this morning clicking Layer Properties Manager gives my acadlt07 a fatal error. (unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 75509673h).

I thought it might be the file I was woring on but it is happening with any file open.

Any ideas how to fix? (before I reload the program)

I am using Windows 7.

Did Windows Update or was a Registry Cleaner run on the Computer?

Try a System Restore to last week to see f that clears it up.

Windows .NET corruption can do that: try updating the version your LT requires before you try a program repair or reinstall.

I did a system restore and to is working so far.
