Fatal error: unhandled e0434352h exception at fda6a06dh

Just installed MS Office on my Win7 laptop and when I run ACAD LT 2012, the program crashes within 5 mins with this fatal error.  Can anyone help?

Hi @lonewuff Welcome to Autodesk Community!

Could you please try the solution in this link: Error: "Unhandled e0434352h Exception at fde1940dh" when launching AutoCAD ? Hope it helps.

Have you applied all service packs and hotfixes to AutoCAD LT 2012?

Post back with any updates or if you have any other questions.

I uninstalled Microsoft .NET Framework & (3) Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libraries.  Cannot uninstall ACAD now which is the next step.  Should I reinstall both again?

I had Service Pack 2 until I uninstalled - see my reply to lynn.zhang.

If you try these steps are you still unable to uninstall the application?

Perform a clean uninstall of an Autodesk product that is crashing when started or displaying fatal or unrecoverable errors.

  1. First, uninstall the program through the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Then run the Microsoft Install/Uninstall Fixit utility and try to uninstall again:
How to troubleshoot Windows Installer errors

  3. If you are having licensing issues, you can remove the licensing storage file as well. If you are not dealing with licensing errors, removing this file may be unnecessary. Remove the Trusted Storage files (Licensing) located in these areas:

    Locaton of Trusted Storage files

    Vista or Windows 7 /8 /10
    • C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_########_tsf.data
    • C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_########_tsf.data.backup
    Windows XP
    • C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\adskflex_########_tsf.data
    • C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\adskflex_########_tsf.data.backup
    Mac
    • /Library/Preferences/Flexnet Publisher/FLEXnet/adskflex_########_event.log
    • /Library/Preferences/Flexnet Publisher/FLEXnet/adskflex_########_tsf.data
    • /Library/Preferences/Flexnet Publisher/FLEXnet/adskflex_########_backup
If you do not have Adobe products on your computer, also delete the following folder:
    • /Library/Application Support/Flexnet Publisher

  4. Delete any residual Program Files from these locations:
  • C:\Program Files\Autodesk\
  • C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk\
  • C:\Users\All Users\Autodesk\
  • C:\Users\**YOUR USERID**\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\
  • C:\Users\**YOUR USERID**\AppData\Local\Autodesk\
The program folders should be clearly named.
  1. Clean out your TEMP files:

    1. Click the Windows Start button.
    2. In the Run box type %TEMP% and press Enter
    3. Highlight and delete all files. Ignore any files in use.
