Hello,

A colleague of mine is currently have issues with his install of Autocad LT 2014, everytime he uses the hatch command it crashes with the error  FATAL ERROR: Unhandled access violation reading 0x007c Exception at daaadce8h.

What I've tried so far uninstalling and re-installing the program, Installing Service pack 1, updating the graphic card drivers and this:

At the moment I'm stuck for Ideas on what is causing the problem, I would be grateful for any help on this issue as I've never seen this issue before and google brings up nothing regarding this error.

As a test, if they start a new empty file, draw a closed boundary and try to hatch, does it still crash?

I went back to check today still the same problem, so I decided to change the graphics card.

Originally it was an ATI Radeon HD 4350 and I changed it to an AMD 5450 which has 4x more GPU memory than old one and a faster GPU and Memory clock.

It seems to have fixed the issue, thank you for replying to me.
