Fatal Error Message : Autocad 2007 LT

Hello,

I have a fatal error message that pops up when I open one of my files. It has only occurred on this file. I am using AutoCad 2007 LT

FATAL ERROR:  Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0x0000 Exception at 627193d9h

Does anyone have any suggestion or a way to fix this?

I am needing this file for our in-house shop drawings. Our Customer has sent us the background 3 different times, Once I open their file & get their background into my block, I start writing & adding text and the message shows up then. And completely shuts down.

Please help!!

Thanks

Jessica Kaminski

"...It has only occurred on this file...."

RECOVER cvommand instead of OPEN.

WBLOCK out what you need to create a new file.

INSERT into a working template.

Still having issues? Ask the client to "export to autocad" to remove content you cannot use in LT2007 and send you a new 2D AutoCAD-entities-only CAD file: depending on their version of AutoCAD, the command is -EXPORTTOAUTOCAD or AECTOACAD.
