Fatal Error 0x7ffbea990005

I work with DWG files exported from Datamine Studio OP (mining software).

Since I've updated to Windows 11 I'm having an issue opening these exported files on AutoCAD LT.

AutoCAD LT returns a fatal error whenever I try to open these files. It says they're not generated on AutoDesk software. But before Windows 11 I could perfectly open and edit these files.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Pedro

If you post a sample dwg I can try and see if I can open it on my LT 2024 running Windows 10

opens fine on my LT 2024 running Win 10 Pro. Perhaps others running LT on Win 11 can test it out for you.

Thanks for the quick reply.

If you try copying this file's lines and paste it on a new file, does it result on fatal error?

I did this all the time before updating to Windows 11, now it always crashes my AutoCAD LT 2013. (when I manage to actually open the sample file without crashing).

So it's probably an issue with Windows 11  running AutoCAD LT 2013... will wait to see whether others have the same issue.

most likely since 2013 isn't supported on Win11. You couldn't even get 2013 installed new on Win11
