Exporting dwg as tab

Hi all,

I am currently using AutoCAD LT 2010 edition and am attempting to find a way to convert .dwg files to .tab files for use in other programs but cannot find it as an export option.

I am also using TrueView 2018 edition though I don't believe that has the option either.

Is there any way to do this using these two programs or do I need something else?
