Error using add a plotter wizard in windows 10

Trying to add a plotter thats configured in Windows 10  (as a system printer) using the add plotter wizard
using add a system printer
selected HP DesignJet 510 plotter (Network plotter on n Ethernet Network added with IP address not autodetected by Windows 10.

Error comes up error Test failed! Bad system driver and blows me out. .. This happens on several Win10 machines.. The wizard adds it quite happily on a Windows 7 computer!

Any help / suggestions appreciated
