Did you do a full LT un-install (answer yes to delete all files, even if
used by other apps), restart your PC, and then re-install? Did you remember
to turn off all apps, and anti-virus and any system fix software?
Have you added any new software to your PC? Move any program folders? Do a
little 'house' cleaning on your PC? Uninstall the previous version of LT
after installing 2000? DO a little registry editing?
