Error 1317 on opening the program, repair, or reinstall

I am using Windows 7 Pro.  Recently I had some slowing down of system and found I had to clean up some Malware.  System cleaned up but this error started show up on all trys to open program.

Complete error

Error 1317  C:/users/administrator/appdata/local/autodesk/autocad/2012.

I also tried to open an older version of 2011, same error came up.

I then tried to go to repair then reinstall with the same error preventing the repair or reinstall.

I then tried to uninstall 2012.  Uninstall worked ok, but on reinstall the same code shows up.
