Drawing surveyors units in Autocad LT 2021

I've tried all the listings on Youtube about drawing surveyor's units in AutoCad LT 2021 and can not get it to work. I was able to do this in my old AutoCad LT 97. Is this even possible with the new version?

Please help!

Thank you!

Greetings @tmjdds41

Absolutely nothing has changed between the two versions: perhaps a quick review of the HELP page on the topic might help with the correct methodology

Of course, it is possible. I'm sure all of those "listings" couldn't be wrong.

There are a number of ways to do it and are quite different from each other. How would you like to do it?

Pendean, thanks for your help.

I just tried it one more time, but this time switched to "engineering" units. I DO NOT recall any of the on-line tutorials mentioning this specifically. In fact you didn't say which units to use. I suppose this is just a given for those using this all the time. In any case, I can rest comfortably tonight having mastered this.

"They" say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Well, over the last two days, I thought I was going insane. I kept trying different settings but never the engineering one.

Thank you!

I assumed anyone / everyone asking for surveyor units already had that or know to do that. My bad.
