Draw Modify Annotation Layers menu items don't appear on top of screen

Trying to teach myself Autocad.  Every tutorial, including the ones supplied with the Autocad LT 2021 download, show lots of menu items across the top (and a big red A logo in the corner) that only partially appear going down the left side of my screen (the A logo doesn't appear anywhere).  How do I make my screen menu options appear like every other one for Autocad that I see online?

I guess you are in the wring forum (AutoCAD LT) and you looking Videos about the wrong Software (AutoCAD LT).

If i am right, you are using a MAC, so you are unsing "AutoCAD LT for MAC"

This is another Software and the menu on the top ia the WINDOWS RIBBON,

MAC OS don't have a Ribbon, so AutoCAD LT for Mac also not (just the menu on the left side).

and search for "RIBBON"...
