Sorry for the abrupt comment. I purchased AutoCad LT 2016 and tried to download and install it. Somewhere I think I interrupted the install or download process and now it thinks I've already installed it. I deleted my AutoCad LT 2007, halted Avast but to no avail. I need some help... Richard L. I got the free trial version to install and then added serial # and product key. That seems to have worked. Thank you, Rich
