Downloaded AutoCAD LT 2013 from app store, where is my serial number?

Hi there

I'm on a Mac. I'm currently using AutoCAD Lt 2013 and wanted to upgrade to 2015. So I purchased the upgrade on Autodesk Store. I didn't know the first license was purchased from the App store. Turns out I now need the old serial number to continue the download. No idea how to get the old serial number? Please help.

Do you have LT2013 for MAC still installed? ABOUT command wil give you that info inside that program.
If not, Autodesk suggest these methods:

Yes I still have Lt2013 still installed on my Mac. 

About Command does not list the serial number. 

Autodesk suggestions also do not work, maybe because the software was downloaded from the app store.

AutoCAD LT purchased from the App Store doesn't have a serial number.

If you could please send me a Private Message (click on my camilo.lemos profile name and then on Send This User a Private Message) containing your 2015 serial number, your registered e-mail address and a proof of purchase of AutoCAD LT 2013, I'll contact our activation team to see if we can get this product manually activated for you.

like what Cam said the app store programs don't come with serial numbers

it works just like IOS app store apps they are connected to your apple ID they don't come with any type of serial number or activation code to use
