Dimension Text Height Unadjustable in LT

The text height for dimensions is not happy today.  I used to have a set font size (and arrow size) for dropping dimensions on objects in model space. Then I scale the dimension text according to the viewport scale.  This was awesome until I broke it.  Here the settings I assume are related directly or indirectly:
Text style is "STANDARD", meaning the following:
Font Name - romans.shx
Size - Annotative [checked]
       - 0.125

In the Modify Dimension Style: STANDARD
Text style: STANDARD
Text height: grayed out

After dropping a dimension in model space the text is 0.125. But if I adjust the text height through properties the number changes, not the text's height.  It's worth noting that adjusting the "Dim Overall Scale" does not effect the overall font size.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thats the Annotation-Feature

1. TextHeight in DimStyle is grey-out, because you set Height in Textstyle >0

2. The Textsize on Screen is only regulate by Annotation-Scale

Both is usual with your Settings

my mistake

Sorry4EDIT

2. The Textsize on Screen is fix by Textstyle(height) too.

If Style height is set to 0 you can change Textheight in Dimstyle and/or Textheight on dimension object,

but here is missing an "Update" for existing dimension Objects. Difficult to explain for my in a few sentence.

The Answer above was very helpful and I figured out the solution, but I would add:

In Modify Dim Style, go to Text Tab, then under Text Style, choose the style you want to use, then the 3 dots to the right of the text style will offer the option to set the height to "0". Then going back to Modify Dim Style the text height can be adjusted.
