Cute PDF won't generate PDF file

My co-workers use Cute PDF as their default dwg to PDF program and I just downloaded it as well. Whenever i try to use it, it gives me no option to save as PDF, it just says "plot and publish job complete".

I would just use all the other PDF converters, but all of our templates with borders are based on a Cute PDF setup, and when I change it to anything else the borders get messed up.

I am using AutoCad 2020 and everyone else is using 2018.

Do you generally have problems plotting to everything else in 2020?
Is 2020 updated to 2020.1 yet?

Both AutoCAD 2018 and 2020 have built in PDF drivers that just work great for the majority of us: you templates can easily be modified in under 30-minutes unless you have dozens of them too.
Might be a good time to explore importing pagesetups too if you all do not.

Make Nov. 2019 the month you all switch.

@Anonymous You can use whatever you want: but if it is a 3rd party tool you'll need to ask for help from that vendor, no one here does that.
