Hi,

The mouse is jerking off, slow to respond, jumpy.

This issue is happening only in AutoCAD LT 2020 on the computer no other program has this problem with the mouse cursor. On the same computer, other programs that uses very large files does not have this jumpy, slow and jerky with the mouse cursor. It is very annoying.

I found this link it did not answer to the problem I’m having with the mouse cursor.

Have you got snap to grid on? F9 toggles it

Hi,

Nice to get help, I have turned off the hardware graphics with GRAPHICSCONFIG command. It did not improve the mouse behavior.

Thanks

Check out the first handful of links here for things to try (disregard LT versions listed for now, try everything) https://www.google.com/search?q=autocad+lt+2020+mouse+is+jerky

Hi,

Great link it really helps to narrow down the problem.
By applying these commands the cursor lag and jerky are gone.

What I did is invoking the 3DCONFIG command activates hardware smooth line display.
Here's the link that explains it

The other thing also that I've done is calling DYNMODE Command set to 0.

Both commands' settings did improve the cursor lagging. With these and the previous solutions, the lagging is gone.

Thank you for your help
