Create searchable PDF from AutoCAD LT

I have tried set "PDFSHX = 1" but no avail. but it can print "DWG to PDF" or "AutoCAD PDF" with comment (search in comment). Also tried "Cute PDF" which can capture most font and later OCR to searchable text depends on the graphic but it is not 100%.

Mine is autoCAD LT 2023. any workable solution?

This IS the PDFSHX-trick, so it works as designed.

If you need real searchable Text elements, you have to use ttf-Fonts instead SHX (= simple shapes in PDF).
