Copy & Paste LT2008

When copying items from one drawing to another in LT08 it can take up to 3 minutes to bring any item in to a new (blank) drawing. It doesnt happen with all drawings only about half our library of files, and happens even if copying a single line.

I have Purged, Recovered the dwg and exported using WBlock but still no better, we have numerous LT07's LT08's and LT09's on different PCs. All the 07s and 09s dont have a problem but all machines with LT08 hang.

Is there a fix for this or is there a system setting on LT08 that maybe on that shouldn't be by default?

try -SCALELISTEDIT

note the minus sign

then choose reset, yes, then exit.

you have to do this with each dwg.

perhaps use this behind a button.
