Not enough information: what LT version are you using?
Windows version?
Why not post a screenshot of your PLOT command pop-up as well, let's see what you are doing?

Is there no teacher you can ask about help with your task, at your location?

@emanvelm0954

I believe this is the issue you were referring to in your other thread. If you can provide more information it would be very helpful when troubleshooting your issue.

Can you also provide screeengrabs of your issue?

So that error message is popping up when you try to plot a drawing?  Or when you are trying to create a .PDF?  Or both?

Also, just FYI, the vast majority of the people on here are AutoCAD users like you, not AutoDesk employees.  People here try to help each other, and if you are trying to contact AutoDesk for formal tech support, try this: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/technical-support

Read these posted solutions:
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/appcrash-autocad-2016-stackhash/td-p/5764712
and
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/appcrash/td-p/6337848

You have a system level conflict or error, the LT program alone cannot fix it.

The setting in OPTIONS that you mentioned is not used in existing files with predefined plotters in model or paperspace.

Read the links I posted previously to fix the problem first, you ignored them I suspect, click on this to see https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-lt-forum/converting-pdf-to-dwg/m-p/6981523#M151337

PAGESETUP command in each layout in each tab in each file: set the plotter you want to use first. Save the file. Now PLOT to PDF.

@emanvelm

Did Dean's suggestions to look over the How-To/forum links help?

Post back with updates on what helped and what didn't so that we can try and provide other suggestions.

Thanks!
