I'm by no means a power user, but I have been using AutoCAD LT for years and never had this issue until the 2024 version.
All of my linetypes (continuous or dashed as shown in layer properties) are showing as dashed both in model view and it's even worse in layout view. They also all print out dashed.
All variations of LTSCALE are set to 1, properties set to bylayer, nothing is correcting how the lines are supposed to show depending on what layer they are (and what linetype the layer is set to). There has to be some setting I'm not clicking but none of the solutions in previous forum posts have worked.
Screenshot of my model view with layer properties open.
Much like your older AutoCAD/LT versions... what are your settings for CELTSCALE, LTSCALE, PSLTSCALE and MSLTSCALE please? 1 for all is a good place to start, REGENALL command to show you any changes. The later two affect what you see in those spaces.
could you share this file here so we can all take a look?
As mentioned in the original post, all of those variables are set to 1.
I've also REGENALL and there was no change.
Select one of those dashed linetype objects and open Properties window to see if the Linetype is Bylayer (which should be Continous) or given a different linetype
In the properties window, I changed the linetype from bylayer to continuous (for the "walls" layer, all the rest of the continuous layers were properly set), typed regenall enter, and nothing changed. The continuous layers are still showing dashed.
I'm not comfortable sharing the .dwg file online. I will screenshot and share those as necessary, though.

Not enough, sorry. Remember, we already know this much, what else can there be?
Another guess: do you have layer linetype overrides in your layout?
FYI, here are the ways to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help since you cannot share an anonymous non-client-identifying DWG file with the problem here for us:

We can't just take your word for it since we don't know you and you did not spell them all out, sorry.
But thanks for confirming all are at set to 1 though.
what if you just wblock and selected a couple of those objects that are showing dashed and paste that into a new drawing and share that here?
