Changed Settings

Please see attached. I've tried "RIBBON" I've tried the "gear" and changing to "Drafting & Annotation". Never had this happen. Everything is grouped like this and a popup appears if you hover, even if you're just trying to open a new drawing and accidentally scroll over the command.

Why not? That's the list of choices.

They are all minimize options. If you read the OP question they want it maximized.

I read the OP and understood, thanks anyways.

What I didn't do is check the list and you are correct about them all being minimize.
