Cant plot in all black

No matter what I change I can not plot this one drawing in all black.  I have it in Monochrome and edited the monochrome settings to all black, grey scale.  still shows color when print preview and plots in color.

Are you using CTB or STB plot style tables?
What are you plotting to?
Are the objects autocad colors 1-255 or are they truecolors/RGB colors?

Show us a DWG file with this problem if you feel you are unable to answer these questions.

So the layers are indeed set to RGB colors:

Simply change them to AutoCAD colors:

Then select all the objects in modelspace and use PROPERTIES command to set the colors to BYLAYER.

Now you can plot with your CTB monochrome option.

RedGreenBlue, if you notice, the colors are three sets of numbers separated by a comma.
