Cannot open Sheet sets

I cannot open sheet sets on my computer. I can open the same sheet set on all of my co-worker's computers, but there seems to be an issue with mine. I have researched trouble shooting but have had no luck yet. I have checked my registry for the missing key like autodesk recommends, but I have it. 

What happens is when I try to open the sheet set, it just is blank. See picture attached to see what it looks like.

If anyone has a solution that would be great!!
