Cannot Insert Autocad Object in Excel

I currently have autocad 2015 and upgraded to autocad 2018 and within excel I go to insert object and create new from Autocad LT drawing I get an error  " Cannot start the source application for this object"

Both are 64 bit versions

As far i can tell there is an issue with the CLSID, but i do not know where to look. Has anyone came across this issue and found a fix.
