Can't View, Move, or Stretch Layers Properties Manager

I just loaded AutoCAD LT 2015 onto my computer yesterday.  My layer properties manager is locked on the left side of my screen (not docked, just stuck).  I can only see the Filters, Status, & Name columns.  It will not let me uncheck the "allow docking."  It won't let me move it to the middle of my screen by dragging & dropping it.  It won't let me stretch it out so I can view the other columns like linetype.  How can I fix this?  I can't change my linetypes because I can't see that column.

When i first open cad 2018, i get this double screen look. I can work in the first screen but the back or top one remains. I can not click in the top screen and i can not use anything in the layer properties manager. This does not happen all the time when i first open cad but is random. Had a tech person tell me that is due to the graphic card for my computer so i turned off the hardware acceleration, and it still is there. When i close cad and reopen, it clears itself up, and is no big issue but just wanted to see if i could find out how to fix it. One more thing that i have found is that if you close the layer properties manager through the view tab, the second window goes away, but when you open the layer properties manager again, the second screen comes back and the layer properties manager stays open again. Any ideas?

ok similar problem 

the layer properties screen is half off of my second monitor and i cant drag it right ?? Autocad 2023

@tonytigani you can't move it because the right hand side of it is missing. See the image below

Thank you!  I've been struggling with that for weeks!  Mine was set to (15) too.  What the heck?  Fixed now.

Hi,

My Properties Toolbar is locked at a certain size and I can't resize it to see all the options.

I've tried setting Lockui to 0 but it hasn't worked.

AutoCAD 2020.

Any ideas?

Restart your PC.

Start "2020"

if it is still stuck, choose a different workspace then come back to this one.

OR... 

With LOCKUI turn off (aka 0) move your mouse to this corner until it changes shape, then click-hold-drag open.

OR... right-click here the dock it to the left.

OR... open CUI command, activate your workspace, find PROPERTIES then resize it manually
