Can I Buy From Another Country within same Region?

I am from Indonesia, I want to buy Autocad Revit LT by monthly subcription, but I can't found any online or offline reseller in my country that sell that product by monthly subcription. I found online authorize store in Singapore http://store.autodesk.com.sg. Can I buy that product from this site?

The link you provided is the Autodesk E-store. If the option is available I believe you can purchase the monthly subscription from there. 

On that ESTROE site there's also a contact number. 

The E-store launched a few months ago with new features. Let me know if you have any questions.
