Blocks Sync Settings - File Not found

Hi All, I'm new to the forum and I haven't used AutoCAD for about 20 years, but my company has purchased AutoCAD Lt and I am producing electrical schematics for control panels.

I have been making some blocks and I noticed they are being synced to a location on my OneDrive. However, I'm not sure what I did, but now when I press the Blue cloud with gear icon, I get file not found.

Can anybody help me fix this. Thanks.

Phil

Restart your PC: You seem to have an alert you need to address for OneDrive, that may be the fix you need

Hi,

Tried Restarting the PC, but the Icon you circled is the sync for Onedrive, it always shows as the drawing I have open is on the Onedrive, plus other apps are using the Onedrive.

I have attached some more photos to see if that helps.

I place all of my custom content folders in this list, and move them up to the top too

EDIT: the OneDrive added icon means a SYNC is in need to be completed.

If you right click at the error page and go to "Inspect" it shows this error:

Not allowed to load local resource: file:///E:/Program%20Files/AutoCAD%202023/Support/BlockOnBoarding/OnBoardingGuideDlg/index.html%3Fdialog=guide&lang=en-US

That url is incorrect, the %3F should be not-escaped question mark, other than that the file exists.

There are quite a few error messages like this I see. In fact, some modal popups can't be closed:

I had to kill AutoCAD from task manager because of that...later I learned that these messages can be closed with ALT+F4 (they usually reopen right the way, but this time with title bar and an "X" that allows closing them:
