Batch Plot Sheet Names

Im trying to find what causes the batch plot sheet names to add the DWG file name to the beginning of the sheet name.

When i batch plot my drawings, the sheet names come up as just the layout names "Layout - Arch D".  When my co-worker goes to batch plot, it appends the file name to the beginning of the sheet name "Job Title - Layout - Arch D".  we both are using AutoCAD 2021 and we are both using the same template and the same DWG to PDF printer.  How do i get my co-workers to print the sheet names like mine.

Did you save your PUBLISH list at some point but they did not?

FYI if you both want to always control layout names when publishing you all should be adopting and use SheetSet Manager in AutoCAD/LT, it is one of the many helpful built-in tools to address these types of concerns.

I don't recall saving the PUBLISH list at any point. 

I have AutoCAD LT 2020 and 2021 on my machine.  I started a new drawing with 2020 and saved it on my desktop.  I went to do a batch plot and the file name was still included with the sheet name.  I opened the same drawing in 2021 and ran a batch plot the sheet names were just the layout names without the drawing names prefixed.  I looked through the options and didn't see an option or setting.

I will have to look into the Sheet Sets when we have some down time to dedicate to it.  It seems like it would be a useful tool to utilize.

I am unable to replicate the problem here in LT2021: does this happen for you in ALL of your files, or just this one?
Can you share one of those files with the problem here for us to try out? You can remove any client info etc. first.

I believe it is something on my machine with 2021 specifically.  I just don't know what setting where needs to be changed.

Avoid any migration options from an older version you might have until you confirm the issue is gone.

I've had the same issue, it drives me nuts.
