Batch plot PDF issue since upgrade to LT 2023

Hi all,

One of our team members has recently upgraded from LT 2022 to LT 2023.

We've had no problems batch plotting to PDF before, but since switching to LT 2023 we get a message saying that a serious error has occurred while processing the job and it cancels the job.

Anyone have any idea what's going on??

Matt

Is plot in background ticked (see the image below)? Make sure it isn't and try again

Is your colleague's LT patched to the latest version?

Is your colleague using the inbuilt PDF printer?

I would also do an AUDIT on the drawing and fix any repairs

Not sure what you mean by patched to be honest.
We have gone through all the settings and they are identical from those used in the 2022 version of LT

Patched=Installed the latest latest Update?

Command: ABOUT

you will find the Productversion there.

As Test you should use new files, baswd on acad.dwt/acadiso.dwt with some Circles only.

Use DWG to PDF.pc3 and a standard papersize.

Also an issue with this Test?

If yes:

(Option: Export custom settings first)

I would run a clean uninstall & new install + First run as Admin!

Don't import settings from older Versions.

Tey the Test I wrote abouve again.

No Antivirus or similar software during the process.

Have you installed the 2023.1 Update yet? ABOUT command will confirm what you have installed. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards.

But first, before you do anything like that, either RESET or REINSTALL LT2023 (or both).

Background PUBLISHING is turned off here, do that too
