Batch Plot Not Plotting - opening DWG Dialog Box

Hi All of a sudden now when I try do a batch plot of Sheets to PDF the 'open DWG dialog box' opens and I get an error plotting message? Any ideas?

Can you describe the exact actions you are taking? Type in command? Menu pick? Tool palette button? Toolbar button? Lisp file? etc.

The same thing happens whether I use the Batch Plot command under the Print command or if I highlight selected layouts and right click to choose 'Publish Selected Layouts"  then when I click the Publish button it brings up the Select PDF File dialog box, then click 'Select' an the Open DWG dialog box opens.  Then after that the error printing messages come up.  See screenshots attached.

have no idea why it has started doing this - used to work fine.

Instead of your final output PDF having a name with lots on (*^&%#@$#) in it, if you named the resulting PDF a basic name like NATHANDRAFT does the problem go away?
Does the problem also go away if you change the name as above and make the destination your PC's Desktop?

thanks for the suggestion.  Tried that and it still does the same thing... 😞
