Batch plot doesn't plot

A designer in our office can't seem to get the batch plot to work in AutoCAD 2018.  She used it successfully in 2017 and others in our office are able to use it fine in 2018, even with the same drawing files that she can't.  My conclusion is that it is something to do with her settings or install, but not being a batch plot user myself I'm at a loss for where to start with trouble shooting.  I've attached the error message she gets.  She's trying to print to the standard Autodesk "DWG to PDF.pc3" plotter and the plot works fine when it's a single sheet.  It's just when she attempts multiple sheets that things fall apart.

Her Batch plot setting is no problem?.

Such as Sheet set of layout Plotter setting, Publish option, etc.

Also, I want you to see this Link, C3D is the same function about your issue with AutoCAD.

When posting error messages please post as jpegs, as docx files can have malicious code in them.

On to the next.

Can you post a jpeg of her plot screen BEFORE she tries a multiple plot so we can see what settings she is using.

Turn off background publishing in OPTIONS command's Plot tab and see if the problem goes away.

BTW, here is how you can capture screenshots and post the images without burying them in Word files https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13776/windows-use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots

Thanks for the heads up on the potential issue with docx files.  I hadn't heard that before but will certainly find a different way to include screen shots in the future.

Thanks for the recommendation that the background setting could be an issue.  When it worked this morning she had left the background option checked, but said that she generally unchecks it.
