I've recently upgraded my Autocad Revit LT Suite and did the upgrades in two sittings. First was Autocad LT and the Autodesk Desktop App (ADA) worked fine. Then a few days later I did the Autocad Revit LT upgrade and now the ADA won't launch an it only shows the launch screen and nothing happens. When I'm in Autocad LT and it says I have two updates, I click on it and it launches the ADA screen but nothing happens.
I've read thru other posts and found non to match my situation.

You have to turn the app off first: it always runs in the background eating up system resources and adds clutter. But you seem to be OK with that, having mystery software eating up system resources? Never a wise thing, what else do you have running in he background because "isn't creating any problems" yet? They will at some point 😞
Right-click over your Windows Task bar, select START TASK MANAGER, click on the PROCESSES tab, and kill it first. Now uninstall it.
