Does anyone know how to contact this company and actually talk to a live person?

Seems you can't send them an email or call them until you buy something.

I need questions answered before I purchase.

Geez!  What a crazy way to do business.

Nope, not what I am looking for.

Sorry been to this page. Not worth the time it took them to create it.

John,

We are using a very old version of AutoCad that has some custom tools. I
would like to know if these custom tools can be incorporated into the
lastest version of Autocad LT?

Thanks,

Hi Howard,

What are the tools? Are they Autodesk products or third-party or in-house ones?

I suggest downloading a Trial version of AutoCAD 2017 and thoroughly test the tools to make sure that they still function as designed. Since LT does not accept LISP files I am guessing that your tools are likely block related and will probably work.

If the tools do other things please give me an idea of how and when they are used. Perhaps I can test some of the features for you.

You could have found that out by calling a reseller http://www.autodesk.com/resellers/locate-a-reseller, or just asking here or performing a little web research on your own.

Since you are here: what "custom tools" are these exactly? LT has no LISP, no VBA, no Express Tools and no ability to run 3rd party add-ons that do work in full AutoCAD, plus the fact that "very old" AutoCAD commands may have been dropped or changed or tweaked so you'll probably need to rewrite them as macros for LT anyway.

Elaborate please.
