You might be able to find it in your Autodesk Account. Please see: Find Serial Numbers and Product Keys in Autodesk Account.

If you're unable to find it, please contact the Activation and Registration team through our Contact Support page. You can chat with an agent or create a case, and our support team will help you locate the serial number.

Thank you for your response miss! In other cases, what if my PC has been failing to function. How can I transfer my AutoCAD license to my new PC?

You're welcome! You can use the License Transfer Utility (LTU) to transfer your license to the new computer.
